- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1. Place the oil in a small frying pan and heat on medium low.
- 2. Once it is heated, crack the eggs and place both in the pan.
- 3. Once the edges are solid white, you can either, spoon oil over the yolk, or flip the egg to cook the yolk.
- 4. Serve on toast or with bacon, whatever you wish.
