- 2 Eggs
- 3 cup Water
- 1 dash Vinegar
- 1. Boil the water in a frying pan.
- 2. Add a splash of vinegar (this helps set the egg white and keeps it whiter). **Adult help needed**
- 3. Firmly crack the egg open and gently put into the water
- 4. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes - until the egg with is firm
- 5. Lift out with a slotted spoon and serve on whole wheat toast or English muffin.
