Milk (Optional if you like them softer)
Instructions
1.Use a small non stick frying pan, firmly crack both eggs into the pan.
Using a fork whisk the yolk and whites together. Add butter if preferred

Turn the heat up, and keep stirring until all the egg is cooked to your liking.
4. Tip onto a plate and serve. Delicious by itself, or with toast, bacon, sausages, etc.
